Dock Checking

We provide a dedicated trailer checking service on the Hull docks. The small cost of this service means that, over time, you will save money on repairing damage that drivers often miss.

This service consists of:

  • Checking fridge temperature
  • Turning fridge on
  • Checking diesel level
  • Rechecking fridge throughout the day

All trailers

  • Checking over the trailer for new damage
  • Sorting out any claims
  • Visual check of couplings
  • Visual check of tyres
  • Visual check of lights
  • Visual check of all running gear

Any faults found will be reported to you straight away, allowing for a speedy rectification of the fault, ensuring minimum disruption to yourselves. In addition to this, we have a good relationship with P&O in Hull and in most circumstances will repair any minor damage then bill P&O direct. Also if diesel levels are found to be low, we can fill up the tank with our bowser.
